Seaweed is located in Hackney, specifically on the well-known Mare Street. Seaweed was born out of a passion for East Asian cuisine and a desire to share the authentic flavours of Japan, Korea, and China with our community. Our journey began with a simple idea: to create a restaurant that pays homage to the culinary heritage of these three remarkable nations while providing a unique fusion dining experience.
